    Leman Dry Cleaners damaged my coat! I took my coat to be dry cleaned at Leman Dry Cleaners, my coat is a recent purchase and had no damage whatsoever, it just needed freshening up. When I collected my coat, the coat lining was damaged all over! When I asked what had happened and wanted an explanation, the man (who I believe is the owner), told me it's usual wear and tear. I said how can it be wear and tear when I brought my coat to them perfectly fine, no signs of damage. And he just kept saying it's my word against his. There was also a weird yellow stain at the top of the collar lining, he said it's not a stain and this sometimes happens when the dye comes off due to dry cleaning. I have never ever heard that before or had that happen to any of my coats I've previously dry cleaned. He then said they have done lots of jobs for other customers and no one has complained. I took my coat to them because of their good reviews and trusting that it would be in good hands. I'm so disappointed and angry. I wish I had taken pictures of my coat before handing it to them as proof. I also wish I had paid more to go to a better dry cleaner as this has now ended up costing me way more as I've had to go and get my coat lining fixed. At the point of collecting my coat, before properly checking it, I handed in my other Burberry jacket, paid for it, but when I discovered the damage on my black coat and the owner kept repeating 'my word against his', I said I no longer wish to have my second jacket cleaned and took it back (he refunded the cost of the second jacket). A refund would not have been enough to cover the cost of my black coat, I have had to pay way more than the cost of dry cleaning to fix my lining. The owner was very rude and unprofessional. I will never come here again and I would suggest to anyone wanting Leman's services to take pictures of your items before handing them in.

    I found Leman Dry Cleaners on Google thanks to the positive reviews and decided to give it a try as it was just a few minutes away from my hotel. The service was good, and I was happy with the final results. However, the turnaround was a bit slow. I dropped off my clothes (3 shirts, a pullover and a pair of trousers) on a Tuesday morning around 10am and I got them back on Thursday after 3pm which is well over 48h. This is not ideal if (like myself) you're in the City for a few days only and have a limited amount of clothes with you.

    I’ve had a consistently good experience with Oner and his employees. He’s been taking care of my husbands work suits for over a year and more recently - my wedding outfits! Always great customer service and a friendly conversation! Also - things are always ready when he says they will be. Reliable and consistent! I even had him tailor an Indian outfit (and jeans) before a family wedding and I’m so happy with how everything turned out. My family was shocked it was done by a non-South Asian tailor.

    Oner was amazing! I had a pair of jeans repaired, trouser length altered and dress straps altered. The alterations turned out amazing and all fit perfectly. I've also dry cleaned my winter coats here and they turned out great!

    Hi this is in response to your reply “no record of this customer availing our services - and therefore I am posting it here. Yes, I did not avail the services of your business, and that is primarily because of rude customer service (a lady) when I called and arrived at your shop - she was curt, sounding irritable when I asked questions (as if I was wasting her time). I came to the shop looking at google reviews and the star rating but it is unfortunate that I did not wish to avail any of the service. My two pence - I think patience is key when you attend to a new customer esp when they are coming to your shop for the first time.
