Just wanted to say how impressed I was with Rankins I phoned the day of my purchase spoke to Ryder who explained the item I was buying said how urgent it was and really needed as a 21st Birthday present by the weekend and WOW! I received it the following day by special delivery before 1pm Thank you so much and really love the diamond cross I bought. I will definitely buy again.

Daisy, Jodie and the team answered my messages so quickly, dealt with swapping my ring (we ordered a size too small) so well and kept me updated constantly.
