I cannot recommend Alex Neil Bow highly enough. Buying and selling a property can be a minefield and very stressful, especially when you don't have much experience (like me). However, the experience was made much less stressful thanks to the vast knowledge and exceptional customer service that was provided by the team in Bow.
Facts to be stated here first: Alex Neil found a buyer for my one bed flat within 5 weeks, with a reasonable price in this challenging housing market in London. The postcode of my flat is E3 3DT. After meeting with the manager Georgia at the end of July 2021, I decided to switch to Alex Neil from another rubbish agency, which wasted me nearly 11 weeks. The delicate sales team sent Augusta to responsible for finding a buyer and arranging for viewing etc. She managed to find a buyer for me after 5 viewings during August. In addition, the team sent a 'sales coordinator' to facilitate the sales process. To contact the seller's solicitor, the buyer's solicitor, the buyer and the seller to speed up the process. In my opinion, the manager Georgia is honest and can give constructive suggestions. And Augusta is working tirelessly all the time. This team will always try their best to find a buyer for anybody who is really want to sell his/her property.
