Absolutely amazing staff, they made me feel so welcomed and relaxed when I came in for my patch test and appointment! They are all so lovely to chat to and are all so knowledgeable about their treatments! Stunning decor inside too! I had my eyelashes done there and they are beautiful. The lady that did them was so friendly and was very informative about the product! I'm looking forward to my next appointment and would highly recommended anyone try their treatments! 10 out of 10 for their service!
Cannot speak highly enough about this salon! I have got manicures, pedicures, eyelashes and lip filler done here. Anita, for nails, is brilliant - meticulous at painting and nail art, and I always have long lasting nails. Abbie was super professional when I had my lip fillers; she was patient, understanding and brilliant in creating an extremely natural plump. Francesca, the owner, is also wonderful. Prices are all reasonable and discounts are available for customers who go back for other treatments. Thank you Nuovo!
Today was my second time in this salon and I can say I’m very pleased with the service. T who did my lashes was exceptional, talked through the service in depth to see what best suited for me, has amazing product knowledge. I also did my wax, I don’t think I’ve had a pain free wax like this before. Will defo be returning!
I have recently discovered this amazing place to get all my beauty bits done and I can happily say I will back every time. A place where you feel ever so welcomed from the owner to everyone who works there. Lara does my manicure and pedicures. The effort and precise way, taking time in insuring they are perfect. Taslima is also amazing from Lash extensions to doing my eyebrows & other services. Francesca is the owner and she regards her customers as number 1 priority. Makes sure and listens to what and how her customers want. A joy to be around. Extremely professional and diligent service. It’s my place of comfort and chill out time.
